Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns Policy
You may return within 30 days of delivery all unworn garments in original cloth pouch, with hygiene sticker intact, clearly unused and odor-free. Email us at hy.jane@hyundies.com to authorize your return.
If eligible for return, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You'll have to pay postage. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.
Please note there will be a $9 handling fee applied for exchanges due to your selection error or change of mind. This fee will not apply to exchanges.
Refunds Policy
Once the undies are received back at our warehouse, and you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn or washed underpants.
Faulty Garments
It is our mission to deliver high quality, planet conscious, leak proof period underwear. However, if for any reason you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please contact us, we will honor replacements on faulty pairs for up to 30 days post purchase date.
Email us at hy.jane@hyundies.com to notify us of a possible fault and include a clear image of the issue and a brief description.
If You Have Received An Incorrect Order Or Item
If you receive an incorrect item or order, please contact yootime@hotmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you ordered (style/size/absorbency)
- The item you received (style/size/absorbency)
Payments & Security
An order can be placed directly in the e-store through the shopping-cart. If there is a problem please email us at hy.jane@hyundies.com. The order is registered when the payment is received.
